KPMG

Killian Croke

Killian is an Assurance director in KPMG’s Financial Services group specialising in the provision of audit, transaction services and other advisory work to aviation finance, leasing and banking clients. He has particular experience in the provision of US GAAP/GAAS, SOX-404 and US capital markets work for aircraft lessors and financiers.  He has recently been involved in the listing of securities by an aircraft lessor on the New York Stock Exchange and the transfer of large aircraft portfolios to Ireland from various locations around the world.

Gareth Bryan

Gareth is a director in KPMG’s Financial Services practice specialising in tax advisory work in the aviation finance, equipment leasing, and renewable energy.  Gareth has extensive Irish taxation experience and advises a wide client base.  Gareth also has significant experience advising on structured cross-border leasing transactions including securitisations and portfolio migrations.
